Shipping Terms

Let’s face facts here, nobody wants to wait for ages to get what they’ve ordered. After all, the whole point of ordering online is that it’s simple, painless, and quick. That’s why, at Mostwished, we offer a wide range of shipping services for our customers to choose from, with all products despatched within two working days of your order. We also offer free shipping to all locations in the United Kingdom as standard, as well as fair prices for our overseas customers too!

For Expedited shipping, we usually guarantee a delivery attempt within one working day of your order being shipped. However, an order must be placed before 14:00 GMT, in order for it to be despatched that same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped out on the following working day, with a delivery attempt guaranteed on the next working day after that.

For both standard and expedited orders, you’ll receive an email once your item has been despatched, which will include tracking information if available for that order, as well as the name of the courier the item has been sent with. If you have any issues with an order that is running late, or if you think that your order may have become lost in transit, please feel free to get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you!

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter Service – FREE (Usually delivers in around 4-5 working days, however delivery dates are not guaranteed)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service – FREE* (Usually delivers in around 2-3 working days, however delivery dates are not guaranteed)
  • Only free for items that cannot be sent via a Large Letter service
  • Yodel Xpress Mini – FREE (Usually delivers in around 2-3 working days, however delivery dates are not guaranteed)
  • Hermes 2 Day Service – FREE (Usually delivers in 2 working days, however delivery dates are not guaranteed)

Expedited Shipping (May not be Available in the Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, or Channel Islands)

  • UPS Next Day Service – £7.95 (Guaranteed delivery attempt within one working day for England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands)
  • APC MailPack Service – £7.95 (Guaranteed delivery attempt within one working day for England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands, only available for items under 1kg)
  • APC Limited Quantities Service – £7.95 (Guaranteed delivery attempt within one working day for England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands, for HAZMAT items only)
  • ParcelForce 48 Large Service – FREE* – (Guaranteed delivery attempt within two working days for England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands)
  • Available only for oversized items
  • Yodel Xpect 24 – £7.95 (Guaranteed delivery attempt within one working day for England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands)
